wireless propagation and over the air testing research group

Wireless Propagation and Over the Air Testing is one of the research groups at the Department of Electronic Systems.

Wireless communication is nowadays an integrated part of everyday life for many people, since it is used in applications and technologies such as smartphones, GPS, wireless audio, WiFi and satellite communication. Wireless communication systems typically use a radio channel and therefore, knowledge about the radio channels is crucial for optimisation of existing communication systems as well as for designing new systems.

In this group, we conducts research on radio channels with focus on solving real-world problems. We aim for experimental and theoretical breakthroughs within testing of advanced antenna systems.
